Comprehensive asset evaluation and carbon emission feasibility assessment for a metropolitan council. PROVEE was engaged by a national ESCO and undertook a full assessment of the council’s medium to large property portfolio. Our assessment also included budget estimates, implementation timelines, operational impacts, and changes to energy technologies. These elements allow the council to fully understand the current state of assets and accordingly make plans for net-zero carbon emissions by 2030.
